An alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Megan has 10 years of experience as a professional chef. Access to healthy food is a focal point of Megan’s vision.

At FELFEL, Megan’s culinary expertise transforms food into medicine, elevating office meals into healthy, nourishing dishes, improving employee wellness. With their emphasis on cultural cuisines, Laroot also introduces diversity in the menu with traditional foods from around the world.

In addition to their formal education, Megan has worked with the renowned chefs Marcus Samuelsson, John Fraser, and Michael Cimarusti, who helped steer Megan’s culinary direction toward sustainable foods as well as recipes inspired by modern African diasporas and the Mediterranean.
