  • FELFEL is a ‘smart fridge’. It provides fresh, chef-crafted meals for your team — an easy, health-forward office lunch solution that requires zero admin. The fridge is ‘smart’ as in it tracks what people eat and therefore offers what your employees prefer to eat.

  • We install a smart fridge (for free) in your office (all we need is 6m² and a standard plug), you pay a monthly service fee. Our team stocks it daily with healthy office meals based on your employees’ preferences. The employees purchase meals with the FELFEL app where they have a credit card on file.

  • The fridge is smart — really smart.
    It learns what your team loves and stocks accordingly. No pre-ordering, no menu planning. That said, we always love hearing your feedback.

  • Pricing is flexible — there is a monthly service fee and you can subsidize meals fully, partially, or not at all. We’ll help you choose a model that fits your culture and budget.

  • The best way to test FELFL is to book a free office lunch tasting. We’ll turn your breakroom into a mini restaurant for 45 minutes - alternatively, we would love to host you at our showroom on 30 West 21st Street.
    First lunch is completely on us, no strings attached.
    After that, you can choose to start with a trial of FELFEL at your office for 6 months.

  • Yes! You can fully or partially subsidize meals — or let employees pay themselves. We’ll help you set up a model that fits your budget and company culture.

  • We coordinate with your facility team on delivery timing and building access. Our team typically restocks early in the morning — so breakfast is ready by 9 and your fridge is fully stocked before most employees arrive. We won’t need any support from your team after the initial set up.

  • FELFEL eliminates delivery delays, order errors, and admin hassle. Meals are ready whenever your team is — no need to pre-order or wait. Plus, with daily restocking, you get variety, freshness, and a consistent office lunch solution that actually supports your culture.

  • FELFEL is a private company that was founded by Emanuel and Daniela Steiner in 2013, a Swiss-American couple. In Switzerland, the company has over 1000 offices it serves. The company launched in New York in 2024.

  • Yes! Meet GAVETTI — our barista-grade coffee solution for offices. Think Italian espresso, fresh milk (cow & oat), and café-quality cappuccinos — all without leaving the office. It’s the perfect upgrade to your workplace coffee experience.

  • Yes, we do! You choose the budget, and either hand-pick your items or let our tastemakers curate a selection for your team. Snacks, drinks, breakfast items — fully stocked, no hassle.

FOR EMPLOYEES

    1. Download the FELFEL APP

    2. Register with your name and company E-Mail

    3. Add your credit card information

    4. Go to the FELFEL fridge and click the badge symbol

    5. Scan the barcode that appears at the scanner at the fridge - the fridge opens

    6. Scan your food item (bar code under the barcode reader)

    7. Confirm your purchase, click ‘pay’

  • We curate meals from the best NY chefs. Names of producers include

  • Yes, the FELFEL app lets you preview meals and ingredients, including allergens and nutrition info.

  • Absolutely. We focus on better-for-you meals, but include indulgent favorites too. All meals are made fresh and delivered daily.

  • Sandwiches and wraps start at 7 USD, full meals are typically between 10 and 16 USD, depending on how much your company is subsidizing.
